Mattresses in the Masters Collection are made with up to 83 pounds of cotton, among the most in the industry. Cotton’s resiliency, comfort and durability make it the superior upholstery material. Each style option in the Masters Collection also incorporates latex foam plus pashmina cashmere in select models.

Hi-Profile Innerspring

Shifman’s hi-profile double offset innerspring is the finest in the industry. It responds and reacts to your nightly body movements providing comfortable support and is offered in several firmness options to satisfy all personal preferences.

Hand-Tufted

Shifman’s exclusive Sanotuft technique produces a smooth, buttonless tuft that is hand-sewn from top to bottom locking all upholstery layers and the innerspring securely in place to alleviate shifting and bunching.

Eight-Way, Hand-Tied Boxsprings

A cornerstone of the Shifman Difference, the company’s boxsprings are made with hourglass shaped upholstery coils that are individually hand-tied eight ways using the strongest Italian twine available. Tying each boxspring at eight different points ensures the coils respond independently to provide strong, flexible support. Additionally, these coils conform to the natural contours of the body, maximizing comfort and absorbing the body’s weight, increasing mattress life.

Each mattress and boxspring in the Shifman Masters Collection uses heavy gauge steel edge supports to strengthen the edges and to increase the sleeping surface of the bedding.
