Cotton

Shifman mattresses are handcrafted with the finest apparel-grade, all-natural cotton available. Cotton is processed on-site at the Shifman facility to ensure that it measures up to Shifman’s quality standards. Additionally, cotton is recognized as the optimum mattress filler as it lasts considerably longer than alternative materials, such as polyfoam. Cotton’s natural properties keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Latex

Latex foam is a natural product derived from the rubber tree, and is more resilient than most other types of foam. It conforms to your body providing gentle orthopedic support and pressure relief.

Boxspring Frames

Shifman handmade premium boxsprings are framed with superior-grade Canadian spruce lumber sourced from sustainably managed forests that adhere to the strictest environmental guidelines. All premium boxsprings feature eight-way, hand-tied, hourglass-shaped upholstery coils made from premium recycled steel allowing for superior comfort and durability.
