A Shifman mattress and boxspring set is warranted against defective workmanship and materials for the number of years specified on your law label after the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. This warranty will extend only to the original consumer purchaser. Please report any structural defect (other than the cover) directly to the store from which it is purchased. If examination discloses the product to be defective, liability of the manufacturer is limited to the repair or replacement of the mattress or boxspring, at the manufacturer’s option. This warranty will not apply if the mattress or boxspring is burned, stained, soiled or subjected to obvious abuse or improper care. You or your dealer will be responsible for all transportation costs to and from the factory. If original materials are not available, Shifman reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.
